Came to visit on the way home from a crabbing trip and this location really delivered! Homestyle chicken ranch sandwich combo Sandwich is just as advertised Chicken is crispy Sauce was the right ratio for the sandwich Jalapeños poppers Fried to perfection No cheese was oozing out Curly fries Also fried to perfection - crispy at first bite and soft in the middle Hot Coffee with cream and sugar I was surprised at how good the coffee was! I havent had much luck with coffee at other drive thru spots but this was a winner tonight. Service was great, the lady asked how many creams and sugars I needed which I appreciated. Plus she gave me a stir stick. It's the little things that make the difference! Ambiance here like every jack in the box is very casual. There's a drive thru and you can walk in.
I don't usually each fast food but I couldn't resist when I drove by and had to get their "mystery meat" tacos! Still as good as I remember! Service was surprisingly decent! I would definitely go back!!!

I have only ordered online and picked up through the drive-thru. Have never had any issues with my order or quality of food. Great breakfast deals online as well.
Food is good for late nights but I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was no where near spicy at all. Besides that everything was good.
2197 San Pablo Ave Berkeley, CA 94702 I had a nice experience going thru the drive-thru at around 8pm Tuesday. A Yelp review is a consumer experience. I went to the drive-thru and ordered a Sourdough Jack and Medium Fries. Young man taking my order was very calm and polite. The price was displayed on the screen. I waited behind one car, and then it was my turn. It's "cook to order" so be prepared to wait. My server asked if I wanted ketchup and napkins. And I was on my way in under 5-mins. So how was the food? The fries were HOT! Lightly crisp on the outside, moist on the inside. Maybe slightly undercooked. Just a little. But ketchup covered it up. The Sourdough Jack was very good, but not as good as the old days. The Sourdough Jack of 5-10 yrs ago was way better than todays. It seems less creamy, and less juicy. I don't know, something is different. Total w/ tax: $13.74 (less 1-star for value)
